This includes ensuring the Joint Committee, Boards and officer groups of Local London are professionally managed and operated in line with our Inter Authority Agreement.
As this postholder will often liaise with Leaders of the 9 Local London Boroughs, we are looking for candidates with experience of working at a senior level with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. You will also be a key point of contact with senior Redbridge services to ensure that the relationship with Local London’s host authority is managed professionally.
Local London staff are employed on Redbridge Council terms and conditions. The post is based in Ilford at the LB Redbridge and hybrid. The postholder may need to be required to work flexibly, including working from home and travelling occasionally to meetings and events across the Local London area as required by the demands of the workload.
