We are looking for a Workforce Development Manager to join our People Delivery Team for a 6 month period.
About the role
Working closely with the Head of Delivery, the priorities for the role will be to manage the challenging workforce development agenda for the People Directorate and support the development and the implementation of a new model for the function.
The role is an opportunity to gain experience at a senior level working in a complex and pressurised organisation and develop your people management, budget management and strategic workforce development skills.
About you
You will have the following attributes and experience:
You will be a self-starter, able to work with little supervision and will have management responsibility for a small team. You would ideally have worked within health or social care and have a good working knowledge of workforce development strategies.
